Enjoyed a nice dinner at Sabio at a window table for 2 (definitely make a reservation). We ordered the olives, manchego, flat iron, octopus, 4 draft beers and Valrhona Chocolate Crémeux = $115 -- doesn't seem too bad. Every dish was flavorful and even the...More

Had a really nice dinner with coworkers at Sabio. Great wine and drink selection. The tapas menu was very unique. Would highly recommend the quail egg tapas. The empanadas were terrific. Service was great.

We had dinner here for our first experience and really enjoyed the food and service. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was a little noisy inside but not so noisy as to make conversation difficult. The menu selections were terrific, both the food and...More

Creative, natural diverse tapas. Great selection of a variety of spirits. Always fun during happy hour. Some items seem a bit pricey but worth trying at least once.

Thanks for the great feedback. It's wonderful walk down Main Street from the Rose Hotel.

this is not a typical tapas place; the tapas are an excellent blend of asian and western european cusine. If haute cusine applies to tapas, this is it. The wine selection is over the top. It's very pricey but just an excellent venue.

We visited the place with a large party of 8, half of them - kiddos, for brunch. Although we came in close to their kitchen cut-off time, they gave us plenty of extra time. The tapas were awesome, their custom drinks - also great. We...More

Two things attracted us to this restaurant: 1) we really like great tapas and 2) Sabio posted a really enticing Mothers' Day Prix Fixe menu. Everything about this restaurant exceeded expectations (and that happens very rarely with me). First, the ambiance is great - tables...More
