I enjoy coming here for their Salmon. It is always a bit crispy on the outside and not overdone inside. This is a small place with more bar-like seating than true dining table settings. Nice wine selection and consistently good service.

We had a ladies night out for dinner and had a wonderful meal. The restaurant has a nice Italian atmosphere and neat decorating touches including beautiful lighting. The wine selection is bountiful and the food was really good. One person in our group had the special that night of halibut and it tasted "muddy" and was sent back for something... More

Our 22 year old son found Dolce Pane E Vino online, so my husband and I were unsure what to expect. Upon arrival we were seated in the bar area in full view of the University of Texas football season opener - Hook 'Em! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the food was very tasty. My guys both ordered... More

Great Italian food and wonderful service! The pizza was delicious and the cioppino was outstanding! We ate outside and it was very comfortable.

Lamb was excellent salad was boring. Service was OK not as exceptional as I would expect. Chairs on the patio or mismatch and uncomfortable. Did they buy the chairs at a garage sale?

It's fun to accidentally find a neighborhood restaurant that is full of locals and few tourists. This restaurant had been open 6 years and is family owned and it shows. The food is fresh featuring vegetables from local and famed Chino farms. My husband had the lasagna and I had the spinach gnocchi with brown butter and sage and we... More

Order the fillet mignon on flatbread, had mashed potatoes instead of cheese had very sour peppers on it and overall it was a total dud. Probably a nice restaurant but we had a horrible experience.

We have clearly voted Dolce as the new family favorite. Let's see...lobster bisque was outstanding- not too rich, delicate, wonderful spice blend. Salads all gorgeous colorful and fresh (we tried 3 different), grilled asparagus..crisp, flavorful and quite lovely. I had halibut- perfect, flakey, nicely seasoned and the clams and broth were succulent rich in flavor, and peas still firm and... More

This is a favorite place for wine and atmosphere. I have been numerous times. Could be a romantic dinner, a business cocktail, or casual lunch. There are wine bottles, funky seating, different table tops, outdoor seating and a big bar. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Wonderful wine selection but with a big markup.... More
