Our Tuesday night dining experience was mixed. The dining room is nicely appointed. The tables are generously spaced, so that it seems likely that it would not feel crowded even on weekends. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the crisp and fresh salad course without colliding with our entrees. Those plates came, properly warmed after a reasonable few minutes. The... More

The Timbers has been remodeled. So if you haven't been there recently -- it's different. A good different -- visually. The bar area has been increased and moved to take advantage of the view. Access however is though the dining area. It was Friday night when we visited and fairly busy. There is limited sound deadening to reduce/improve acoustics. So... More

Will never go back unless for Sunday brunch with REAL servers. Both man and woman on duty tending bar in the "atrium" were TERRIBLE. such a disappointment.

In the Roseville Sun City development we have this great restaurant with a good selection of entrees, theme nights for dinner specials, and the bar has recently been remodeled and the restaurant remodel is completely done. Menu items are reasonably priced and the meals are fantastic. Reservations are pretty much a must.

So my father in law just moved into del web (Sun City) 2 months ago. He took me on sight seeing tour (aka) golf cart of the place. The restaurant is being remodeled but the banquet hall was open. The food was hot and fresh. Portions were large. Would def go back.

We seated our weekend guests at Timbers for Sunday brunch. Each of us ordered from the menu, and each gave the meal at least four four stars. Two meals were Hollandaise selections, one was a kitchen sink omelet and the last was an egg white omelet. Very good, including the service.

I'm not sure on Saturday nights but on Friday nights they have a band playing while you eat dinner. It's an older group but you could really tell they loved dancing to the band music. Unless you like spicy stuff don't get the Mexican chopped steak salad, man oh man was that hot. Reading the stuff that's in it doesn't... More
