My colleagues and I visited Pennisi's for breakfast on our 1st morning in Sacramento and ended up coming back 3 times that week. We had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and coffee/juice. It was delicious. :)
Breakfast sandwiches were great. Lunch food looked good too. A few tables and wine for sale here along with usual deli and convenience store items.

Nice selection and quirky deli. I had the breakfast twice and a snack or two here as well. I would suggest this place for a quick bite to eat.
I had the "half and half" soup and sandwich. Half of a turkey sandwich with half of a bowl of soup. Great homemade soup, good quality meats and cheese.
