To be honest it is not in the best part of town, but if you can get past that you will have a good time. The restaurant is a little old, but the atmosphere is great. All of the staff members are friendly and attentive. We started the night with a spicy Bloody Mary, which I would highly recommend, as... More

Here on business and decided to try this place because they have the best steaks. The Porter House was the special and I was not disappointed. It was tender and juicy. The server, Sharon, was friendly and nice. This place is time locked in the 1960s! Old time wooden chairs, red vinyl booths! This place is a kick! The bartender... More

We love their "Flat Iron" steak here and usually come on Wednesdays, since it's their special that night. But you can find it on their regular menu along with other choices and nightly specials, including fish, pork, other steak options, and prime rib on Saturdays. Our meals are always hot and quickly served. Seating is limited, so come early. The... More

I feel like I've stepped back in time. Ye Olde Lamplighter has been around a long time. As always, sat at the bar, locals are completely down to earth and very engaging. Food is superb and portions are very filling, atmosphere is off the charts (love it), prices are reasonable. They also have Karaoke on Thursday-Saturday. Great Food Great Place!

Food is always well prepared and recently have expanded their menu. Steaks are quality and prepared exactly how you like them. Dinners also include seafood entrees.

I was craving steak, but feeling cheap. Luckily after reading some reviews I found this place and we gave it a try. It was $8.95 steak and karaoke night when we were there. Considering the price being less than most other entrees, it's a bargain. Not the best steak, but on par with Sizzler I guess. I could have done... More

This place is hidden away off of 40th st. On Monday is Taco night for $1.99. They are delicious, huge, with all the trimmings. Wednesday and Sunday is Steak Night, cooked to perfection. $7.99 or $8.99 with a side. There is a bar, tables and booths, 3-4 TV's to watch games.Family owned. Friendly and helpful servers. Good atmosphere

The place is dirty! the food average at best... the Karaoke is illegal.. and the owners have horrible attitudes towards customers! Celebrities is way better and only a block away!!
