We stopped here for drinks but when we saw some of the plates being served we decided to try some food too. The portions were ample, the food was well prepared and the staff was very attentive. Would come back again!

We had a nice dinner with some friends, after a year of not earing mexican food. The staff is very friendly and nice, and the set-up is great. We had a great time, and we liked the menu options. But, I must say, a place being so close to the border, could offer better food. You still can have a... More

I had a bloody Maria which was very good. The rest of our lunch was nothing special. Decor is nice but sadly I would not return.

This place was very pricey, and the food was so so. Don't think I will be back. Should of know when there was only 2 cars in the parking lot...

Stopped in for a few drinks and bite to eat while exploring the area. Sat outside in the shade with a margarita and then beer chaser while munching on great salsa, queso dip. and enchiladas. I stopped for a round and stayed for five. Will be back my next time through.

When we first moved to San Clemente, this lace was great. It's not as good as it used to be and it seems to be a lot more expensive. Go figure.

This iconic fixture on El Camino Real is mere yards away from that congested traffic on the I-5. Get off the freeway, enjoy a fresh repast and let the traffic clear. You cannot go wrong unless if is due o eating too much and needing a siesta before you can get back on that freeway. Classic Tacos, Enchiladas, fresh fish,... More

Atmosphere is authentic Mexico. Very festive, colorful murals, indoor/outdoor space. Relleno's are so off the chart, everyone I've taken there has said they are the best they've ever had. Their grapefruit margarita served in a clay pot is delish and refreshing. Ceviche is big and fresh and very limey. Love it!

Great salsa to start. We had seafood chile relleno, Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo and carnitas enchiladas. All were wonderful. Topped it off with deep fried ice cream. Service was on spot.
