Came to enjoy Little China Kitchen based on meetings of our training group held here by our leader. We ate a nice variety of dishes from meat to vegetarian. No rush or fuss. Casual and easy to carry on a conversation. Small venue, thus not noisy and simple but tasty choices.

This restaurant use good ingredients and fresh produces, and less oily than other Chinese restaurants. Food is tasty and services quite friendly.

Wife got sick. Terrible customer service, tried to get a refund but will have to go to small claims court... Even after we complained and were offered a partial refund, none was actually put back onto the credit card. Made a BBB complaint to no avail. A real wasted evening/ week.

This is easily our favorite chinese food restaurant in the area! It is a family owned restaurant and has that low key homey ambiance. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty. Service is quick, efficient and on point. We've tried many of their entrees and everything was delicious, portions are huge. Their organic spinach and tofu soup, is delightful,... More

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. We love the chicken Chow Fun. It's delicious. You must try the Tomato Beef Chow Mein...a simple dish but packed full of flavor. The Roasted Spare Ribs are excellent. My favorite veggie is the sautéed Mustard Greens with ginger. My husband loves the Mushroom Trio. No need to worry about MSG or other... More

We ordered four dishes out for a total of $51. Pork Potstickers, steamed white fish with bok choy, stir fried green beans, deep fried salt and pepper pork loins. The fish was delicate and flvaorful. The pork loin was outstanding, crunchy outside, tender inside, salt and pepper in just the right proportion. Each of these two dishes deserved 6 stars.... More

We've been to this eatery each time we visit San Mateo. Food tasty, whatever entrees we've selected. Large portions so we have to take leftovers for another day. Friendly & helpful employees to direct us back to hotel.

We are regulars at Little China Kitchen. The food is a combination of flavors of Thai and Chinese food. Our favorite dishes are the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which is under the appetizers section but the portions are large enough to share as part of a main. We also love the Mu Shu chicken. Everything that we have tried on the... More

I love the option of preparing dishes with chicken broth instead of oil. And they promise that their oils are all non transfat, that is a big plus. I had the chow fun with shrimp, the serving was very generous and perfect and fresh. My companion had the lemon grass chicken which was also excellent. We will go back and... More
