Enterprise Fish Company is at the bottom end of State Street, only a five minute walk from Cabrillo Boulevard and Stearns Wharf. It is always a very busy place, and for good reason. The seafood menu is extensive, and it is all very good. I...More

We have eaten here about once every five years and it never fails to disappoint. It is always crowded. We did not make a reservation because it was a Tuesday night in November. That was a mistake. But we found two seats at the bar...More

Really enjoyed my lunch at Enterprise. I had the Mahi Mahi, my family also had the salmon, mussels, only drawback was the cheeseburger in the kid's meal - meat kind of dry but came in a cute paper boat and chocolate pudding. Loved the warm...More

We got to this place just before closing. Still service with a smile. I had risotto with pan seared scallops. This meal was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The scallops were huge and cooked perfectly. The risotto melted in my...More

Ate here twice recently during a visit to Santa Barbara. Both meals were excellent, well cooked and presented. Staff were very friendly and helped us as we have food allergies.

Our food (lobster and halibut) was fantastic. Lobster bisque and clam chowder were delicious! But the highlight of our evening was the service and personal attention we received from our server, Katherine. She even went out of her way to make a list of wineries...More

We had been to this restaurant a few years ago and were very disappointed with the service at that time. However, on this second visit we were pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it was because we came a bit earlier in the day, during early evening Happy...More

Great place and ambiance, but most importantly; GREAT seafood. On our table we had the oysters, lobster bisque, fish’n’chips, swordfish, seafood mix and salads- and all were excellent. The lobster bisque was more a cream than a bisque- stealing the last star in my review....More

Old landmark laundry converted into casual, comfortable eatery. Centrally located on lower State Street near the freeway/train station. Easily walkable from the wharf. Fresh local catch featured. Happy hour specials crowd the place daily.

I have no idea, but the food is middling to bland, very boring, the service is not good. I will never go back there anyway! (and if what you say is true, that is despicable!)

They open at 11:30am - you can make reservations on Open Table if you wish. You can bring up more info on their web site, i.e., menu, etc.

Just a few blocks from the waterfront, our restaurant in Santa Barbara operates in a century-old brick building originally home to an industrial linen service for seaside hotels. While the Douglas fir floors, soaring ceilings, and glassed cupola have always been features of this historic structure, the sweeping arches facing State Street were added after much of the building crumbled during the 1925 Santa Barbara earthquake. Built in 1917, the historic building now home to our Santa Monica restaurant was once a transfer station for the narrow-gauge Red Car line, Los Angeles' first mass transit system. It was later the repair house for the world-famous Pacific Ocean Park, home to the oldest wooden roller coaster west of the Mississippi. These days, we're still a stone's throw from Venice Beach, heart of where L.A. goes to play -- and eat.
