Taken here with a group of friends, it's good fun and good food without being great. There is an element of theatre about the cooking process. The food was good and the portions huge. Service was a bit so so, but as a fun place to eat (especially with kids as we had) it's a good place to go.

The food here is really delicious and you get a show with your meal. Highly recommend this place while visiting Santa Barbara.

Sitting around the heated grill we enjoy the cook's routine of coming and cooking with us. Our grandkids love the flaming tower of onions and we love the filet and shrimp!

Went on recommendation (albeit some time ago) and whilst not awful there was a lack of sparkle to the performance cooking that is Japanese Teppanyaki. Nothing intrinsically wrong, food was tasty and nicley cooked, wine was reasonably priced, just lacked that sparkel that makes the experience.

This is some thing shocking now, this is getting worse and worse when it comes to go and eat out. Last Sunday we went or to eat at somethin's fishy and we go there very frequently because we love the fried rice and the Mexican Rolls. We always seat at the sushi area but we have never been charge the... More

My girl and I really enjoy sushi and wanted to try this place after reading the reviews. The staff is very friendly and the food okay. We sat at the bar, so we cannot comment on the table service and show. Food came out in good time. Took a little while to place the order though. Give it a try!

The cook right in front of you! A nice experiance. And the food is absolutely tasty! The plates are really big almost too much. Its a bit expensive but its worth it. Enjoy!

We were hesitant about this place based on all the positive reviews. We asked a couple locals and they just smiled... and proceeded to tell us just how good the fried rices is. There are 3 sides to the restaurant - teppanyaki, sushi bar, and table seating. We specifically chose this destination for the teppanyaki, but ordered sushi while we... More

This was the worst "sushi" if that's what you want to call it, we've ever had. Sat at the sushi bar, chefs were rude, place smelled really bad, and we got stomach aches after dinner. All over a bad experience. Don't go here
