Quick, cheap, filling, tasty and satisfying!!! Employees are nice and generous and always smiling. Love the veggie burrito, nachos and cheese quesadilla.

Had one carnita and one Arne asada taco. Both. Rey good and both with a lot of meat. These days you're lucky to get a 1/4 cup of protein on a taco. This place easily 1/2 cup. So good and flavorful. Staff were nice as well.

This is the spot if you want some good down home food. We could not believe the low cost of almost every menu item! We had the tacos, grilled chicken and vegetarian, and both were awesome. I would eat here 3 times a week at least if I lived in SC, go check it out!!

Good food. The tacos El pastor are very good. Food is spicy, but not burn your mouth off, just tasty. Tacos have a lot of meat on them, you won't leave hungry.

Stopped by for lunch on our way to Monterey. Small hole in the wall with really good food and service. We tried quesadilla and tacos.

I sometimes take for granted my favorite Taqeria in Santa Cruz, but when I go to one of the many others in the area, I am often reminded how good they are by what I am missing..... And almost always, I say to myself, this place doesn't have anything to compare to the El Pastor at Taqueria Santa Cruz. This... More

After three times at this taqueria I am still happy to go there but don't expect exciting food. The tacos are very nice, with a large selection of meats, and the green salsa is terrific with chips or placed in the tacos. The fresh salsa is OK and the "hot" salsa is just terrible. The posole was to terrific. Definitely... More

Too noisy to eat in for me, but this is the real deal. You know it's good because all the local Mexicanos eat here. I frequent the branch on Mission St, at least once per week.Try the carnitas or shrimp burrito. Wife likes the taco salad. Even my grand kids like the food! If you need desert get some donuts...
