We went here for lunch. If you want variety in your salads, this is the place. You can get up to 5 toppings for one charge, and then it's more charges after that, which I did. They have so many things to choose from, it's hard to stop. You get a salad that you could share with 1-2 other people,... More

Big fan of this place. Great salads- I usually do a create your own. I love their salad dressings- all fresh and made in house. try the Lemon Sunflower Basil. It would be 5 stars but ahhhh the price is steep

My wife and I checked out Cali monster salads for lunch. We were glad we gave it a try. The salads are big enough to feed two people. They had super fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. The staff walked us through the menu and were very helpful with answering any questions. They also don't cheap out on ingredients. Try... More

As the name suggests, the salads are huge. You could easily share... We did however, only order a wrap and soup (black bean soup) to share. This was enough for 2 people. Both were healthy and well made, not too much sauce or over seasoned. Looking around, the salads liked good. You can make your own or choose one off... More

We wanted to have a healthy lunch so we walked up to have a salad here. The salads are in large bowls and was very filling and we struggled to finish our salads. They represent good value for money and there are a number of different salad dressings to suit your tastes. Apart from the basic salad greens you can... More

This place is very overrated and very overpriced. It's about $12-15 for a salad which you can order a sit down restaurant. I ordered the Mediterrranean and it was spattered with a few pieces of tuna, almost no other accoutrement such as tomatoes or cucumbers, and was pretty mediocre. Go to a real restaurant if you want to spend $15... More

These salads are seriously humongous. We're talking big dinner sized bowls that yiu would have on the table with dinner for 5 people! That being said, it is a good lunch/ dinner for a health foodie - yiu can put basically anything you want on it, so if yiu have any dietary concerns it's not a problem! Good price, fresh... More

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighbourhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
