I had the seafood pasta special for lunch. It was fettuccine with prawns, mussels . It came with a couple of pieces of garlic bread and it was delicious. I sat at the bar overlooking the boats. Enjoyable time.

We ate lunch here on a visit to Sausilito. Took a table outside in the sunshine. Pizza, pasta and a meat dish were excellent and worked out great value. Together with a couple of local beers we really enjoyed the lunch.

Taste of Rome is one of my favourite places to eat in Sausalito, they have an amazing menu consisting of lovely Italian food, plenty of choice with pasta and pizza.
Most will find it strange to have breakfast at a pizza place, as I did. Yet the offer a full breakfast menu and is quite popular by locals. Cappuccino and OJ are great, bagels, cookies and croissants too. Sandwiches are good but a little pricier.
I took out lattes at 6:30 AM, they were excellent. Stopped back for lunch with the family and we had pretty good salads. A "bucket of fries" costing $8 was nothing more than a medium size plate of fries, though. Disappointing. The waiter just shrugged...More
