Love the food and great music. I had carne asada fajitas and a pomegranate margarita. Everything was so delicious. I do like to use a knife at every meal, so I had to ask for one here. I visited on a Friday night and liked that the music was not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation

Cute story here about this old building being a bank and poor Agnes the bank teller getting held up and locked in vault. Her smiling face displays nicely on the wall. But then it all falls apart. Typical Mexican fare. Nothing to write home about. Read...boring. stuffed jalapeños were hard to swallow. Sent back to kitchen. Will not go back... More

This was a terrible experience. We were asked to seat n a table that was sticky and showed spots of dry salsa and food on it. We had to ask the waitress to clean our table. Then, the same waitress did bring our utensils: dirty fork and knife. Well, I tried to keep it together because really, those things sometimes... More

The food was barely edible and the service was poor. I ordered the chipotle chicken wrap - one of their signature dishes - and it was dripping with raspberry sauce, so much that the lettuce was indistinguishable, and had tough inedible chunks of chicken. Thankfully I was able to substitute the Mexican roasted corn for beans and rice (necessary due... More

Had dinner with family to celebrate my birthday. The Chili Verde was excellent. The staff were all very cheerful and friendly. Nice history about the restaurant once being a bank. The outside seating area and bar was very lively, but we ate inside to have a more intimate experience.

So relaxed. Happy friendly atmosphere, great food. Popped in for lunch and was met by huge smiles. The service was fast and the food was great. Great selection to meet every price range.

I don't know what draws people into this place. The service stinks, food is terrible and the management doesn't even acknowledge issues that customers have. My husband had a large chicken bone in his burrito, the server said "oh" and walked back into the kitchen when we pointed it out to him- nothing else was done or offered by them.... More

I thought I'd try The Bank after 4 years of living in Temecula and hearing how great it is. However, it just didn't live up to the hype. The wait staff was very friendly, that was very appreciated. The food wasn't as good as the competition in Old Town for Mexican food, at all. It lacked freshness and flavor. I... More

Downtown Temecula. Parking tight on the weekends. Mediocre, standard, Mexican fare, but outside seating allows one to people watch. Suggestion: order light, rest your pinkies, and watch other folks :-D

Best Chili Verde Burrito than I have had in many years!! Visiting from Texas and enjoying a Wine Tasting Saturday. Went into the old town for a lunch break and stumbled upon athe Bank. Service was good and food was GREAT! I had the Chili Verde Burrito and my wife had a shredded chicken burrito. Both were perfect. Beans and... More
