For anyone that lived in SE Asia you know it's hard to replicate the flavors of authentic food and we are seldom impressed. This place gets very close, it's really good. The roti, satay, mee goreng etc was really delicious. Will definitely return.

Very clean and it had a very good ambient. We were greeted properly and seated promptly. Then started the best part. They have a vey good selection of food. We ordered 10 dishes and every single dish was awesome. The quantity was very good and the taste was superb. To top all these the service was excellent. After eating so... More

We went here on a whim... and had a great meal! We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady and our server was very attentive and informative. The menu has something for everyone and seemed able to accommodate many dietary requirements. Our food was delicious, came very promptly and the portions were overly generous. The ambience of the restaurant... More

This place serves one of the best Malay/Singapore food. Their fried rice and Roti Canai are to die for. Excellent Fish with chili Sauce and Shrimps are awesome. One of the best Malaysian food in Orange County.

We returned to the restaurant again after having a very bad experience many years ago; ignoring my order for almost an hour. But let bygone be bygone. This time we ordered 'Ayam masak merah' and 'Char Kway Teaw' (Stir-fried flat rice noodles). The rice noodle was good and my husband loved it. I preferred the 'ayam masak merah'; the sweet... More

My family and I eat at this restaurant quite often, because the food, ambience and service are always good. Their Hainanese chicken is the best I've had so far. A Malaysian friend of mine took me to this restaurant first, so I know the food is authentic Malaysian. The food is also halal, so it's a good place to take... More

My review is based on my experience lived in Kuala Lumpur for five years and have traveled all over Malaysia. I have a high expectation because of good reviews. However this place is another disappointment. The food here is fine if you think about Malaysian-American food, but certainly not even close to the real taste of Malay food nor Chinese... More

Been here twice. I think Simpang Asia in Culver City is still the best. Of course, having this standard in LA is already not a simple task. On authentic and origin point of view, only the Wat Tan Hor is pretty close, the rest a bit disappointing. Curry Mee is totally out of my favorite list while Char Kway Teow,... More

I have a new profound love for Malaysian Food! Granted this is the only place where I have eaten Malaysian food so I am certainly no expert and can't tell if this place is pretty authentic; but I can definitely say it's tasty!!! I have been here about 4 times already and usually I always make an effort to try... More
