I live in orange county where Pho restaurant are everywhere. We had a half order of fried calamari, Beef pho noodle soup and fried rice. Man!! It was really good except fried rice (it wasn't bad at all)

Hole in the wall place with a lot of people waiting to eat here. There was a waiting list when we came. The place is dirty and old but we enjoyed the food. Salt and pepper calamari and chicken wings, chicken and broccoli, Thai tea, and the three colors dessert. Service was friendly too.

The place is usually good and we usually take it to go. I live less than 2 miles from it, but this time it wasn't very hot when I got home. Still had the same flavored it's known for, but it just wasn't the same.

On the quest for a great bowl of Pho, I have been to Pho and Seafood about 4 times. I keep coming back because the place keeps delivering great food. Non descript ghetto fabulous location on the oval in Visalia. Plan on waiting 10-30 minutes for a table to get seated during peak times. I love the combo pho with... More

What this place lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for their food! The salt and pepper shrimp and calamari and so fresh! The Pho is absolutely amazing! Get here early or plan to stand around a while! Always a line out the door!

Prices was great. $15 fed 6 people and was enjoyable. We had all flavored of soup, Chicken and seafood was best. Beef could have had some more seasoning. I didn't have tripe so can't comment on that.

Love the price, love the food....tho not the wait time. It's sort of a place you should make sure you have at least an hour and a half to be safe but so worth the wait......you have to try your pho with a piece of calamari or shrimp in your soon and don't forget the peanuts....put everything on the table... Salt and pepper shrimp delicious - seafood pho good but didn't like the fish balls in there and the spring rolls didn't have any flavor i couldn't even taste the mint. I had to pour the dipping sauce and some of pho sauces in the spring rolls. Disappointed with those. I had my order to go it too a long... More

We split a full order of shrimp and spring rolls. We received 6 very fresh and good spring rolls and about 18 shrimp. We ordered the shrimp spicy and they were as they were mixed with dried chili, green chiles that may have been Asian and some onions and green onions They also have extra spicy which would have been...
