Enjoyed all four beers that I tried in the flight. I sampled the golden ale, amber ale, seasonal "smoked weed" , and Shastafarian Porter.

Funny little alehouse and brewery in Weed. They have taken most out of the name of the town alright. Decent beers, decent pizza. Not the cheapest ones though. The bartender wasn’t that talkative but neither were we... :) If you’re driving along the I-5, take a short detour.

How could you not stop in Weed CA? Yes, it lived up to it's name. Local IPA and hard cider hit the spot after a long ride through the mountains. We didn't eat anything but the menu looked good. Locals at the bar were very friendly. Service was excellent. If you like a "homey" atmosphere and good beer, stop in!

We stopped here on our way up North and were looking forward to a good local brew and pub food. First of all the beer was just OK -- not bad, just not the kind of crisp, taste I expect from a craft brew. Secondly, the food was just ok and not inexpensive. And thirdly, the service was awful. We... More

Beers are now $5.50....recent visit I found the menu prices to be outrageous! $16 burger special.....$12-14 sandwiches....$20 cheese board?? Don't know what is going on but Weed and this area won't support these kind of prices. Beer is good not great....great building, nice outdoor area...great views...could be a great place...located next to College of the Siskiyous....didn't see a single college... More

Sorry to hear about your experience; we always welcome feedback and ideas for improvement! Our prices are driven in large part by the fact that Weed is a bit off the beaten path for most delivery companies. We have also recently had to deal with a string of supply shortages (beer & food), and the prices you mention are temporarily... More

Animal heads on the walls, bicycles hanging from the ceiling, sports airing on the bigscreen, indoor and outdoor seating...casual atmosphere. It was really busy when we were there (Sunday, midday), but service didn't seem to take a huge hit because of it. Our waitress was nice, anyway. Pretty decent food ("typical" bar food...burgers, sandwiches, wraps) and all four of us... More

When we visited on a slow night the place was quiet but service was friendly and efficient. The brew selection was good and the beer flavorful. It looks like this would be a pretty nice place when its lively.

We stopped for dinner and decided to leave after no one served us after we got our beers. We saw another family leave after waiting to be served and no one served them as well. And to top things off, the IPA I ordered was probably the worst IPA I've ever had. Not cold, not crisp and the hoppy flavor... More

I was looking for a lunch place while passing through. Got a chicken and bacon sandwich on a pretzel roll with some kind of sauce (highly recommend this). Chips tasted freshly made. The apple ale was like a cider, good combination. Service was friendly. They had live music setting up outside, but I couldn't stay. Highly recommend checking this place... More
