We enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Sushi was fresh and tasted amazing. Sites to see on the sunset strip were better than expected. Service was attentive and quick

I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but I've sat on this one for a while and keep thinking about the terrible experience we had here. My boyfriend and I came here on a date night and it was a pretty warm night so we decided to sit outside. There was a large party sitting next to us that got... More
We had dinner here recently and enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. The culinary menu was diverse and the food was exceptional as we tried a range of different dishes. The staff were beautiful, friendly and ensured the experience was memorable. The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere and everyone indulged in the enjoyment of the dining experience on Sunset Boulevarde.
Came here with my kids and thought it was a good restaurant Good choice on the menu and they were happy to customise a roll which my kids wanted What I would say is that the food is good but not exceptional Service was good and food came quickly Its not cheap - but then where is around the area
I went there for dinner just after our arrival from NY after a 5 hour flight a delay and we were tired. I was there with my 12 year old daughter and we sat at the sushi bar. The food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant.
This is healthy good food. Good priced an tasty food. The staff is really friendly and of course eating on Sunset Boulevard is always a treat.
Fantastic sushi with Sunset Blvd street viewing. Unique and different rolls that were fresh and scrumptious. Fun to sit outside and count the Porche's and Lamborghini's that drive by.
The sushi here is just ok at best. Probably on par with supermarket sushi. The location on Sunset Blvd is great of course but the food and the service are just fair. There are so many better sushi choices in the area. And yes, the miso soup was inedible.
Everything was good. The street side table was the kicker. It was great people watching. There are heaters that the staff will gladly roll next to your table if cool temps are concerned. Only thing that kept if from being 5* was bathroom way downstairs in kitchen. Took away some luster.
What I like about Sushiya along with the very good food, is that it is a small place. Both indoor and outdoor dining is available and sometime I prefer indoor in the back when I want to have a real conversation and hear the other person...outdoor can be very noisy on Sunset with all the traffic. They also offer a... More
