Food and drinks were great but the service was horrible. Our server was completely inattentive and looked like she didn't want to be there, told us she was "tired". Inexcusable. Too bad because it's a fun place.

We went here upon arrival in West Hollywood for lunch and had a great time then went back for dinner a couple of days later. It has such a great atmosphere and feels very American. The kids loved all the games, they have air hockey, shuffle board, foosball and pool as well TV screens everywhere to watch any sport you're... More
Couldn't of had a better welcoming to LA. Barney's had a fantastic vibe right when I walked in and the drink selection was just what I was looking for, all sorts of craft beers from the west coast. Staff was friendly, quick, and entertaining. Came back a few times over the trip and was pleased every time.
Looking for a place to watch the Dodgers-Padres, got a bonus watched Angels, Dbacks and Clippers. Good old place in West Hollywood. Lots of people on a Wednesday night. Good food, service. Parking in the street or valet. Park for free 2 blocks away at King St. I'll be back.
Eclectic menu, including all day breakfast. Lots of choices and quick, friendly service. Decor is LA historic. Could use a dusting but worth a visit for a look. Service was friendly. Burger was excellent, with good scrape. Scrambled egg were dry.
One of my friends told me about this place, so I had to stop in when I was in the area. First off, it is old and dark, with a ton of cool artifacts all over the place. I knew Jim Morrison liked to frequent the place back in the day. I wasn't expecting the food to be as good... More
2nd. or 3rd. time @ the original Barney's. Came a day before we spring ahead in time. Got here mid-afternoon. Whitney our server was friendly. She let us look over the menu & took our drink order.. I had a Roy Rogers ! She thought that was funny. Ordered the half cold tuna sandwich & noodle soup & a side... More
Perfect place for playing pool watching sports, etc. The food was good for bar food, and they accomodated our party of 32. A fun place to meet friends and catch up. Valet parking available.
This is a great place for out of town visitors while keeping a locals feel to it. If you want a hearty breakfast or lunch then this is the place. During dinner things get loud and the fun goes up several notches once the drinks start to flow. The prices on drinks and food can creep up on you as... More
I have been coming to the original Barney's for over 30 years, and I seldom miss a chance to eat here whenever I am LA. Over all those years, everything has remained consistent. Okay, maybe they have remodeled here and there, but the food and atmosphere is as good as it has always been. I have been here at all... More
