Seriously, I hate to unload on an old fiend, but---- Gone are the great old days where Louis Cairo served great porterhouse steaks, good wine and pasta. The place still has his name, but new owners have forgotten, or never knew what originally existed. It just seems that no one cares much about the food, and it is all about... More

I have been going to Louie Cairo's for decades. When Louie was still alive, the food was simply the best Italian food you could find in the valley. In fact, it was known as the "jewel of the valley." Times change. I assume it is now run by Louie's family. The service and food has taken a step down, but... More

Haven't been here for some time and was very disappointed. Service was very slow. Had the seafood stuffed calamari. Very dry (like they put it under a heat lamp) tough, the cream sauce was like they took Aunt Pennies White sauce and dumped it on top. No flavor. The kids pizza was good along with the blue cheese garlic bread!

Attentive, friendly staff, good food, family friendly. Easy walk from Granzella's and Traveler's Inn.

Truly wanted to like this place. But, someone is't monitoring what they're doing. Read the reviews and ordered "Louis Bread", which turned out to be chopped raw garlic on french bread - just raw garlic with minimal cheese or butter that we could taste - we couldn't eat it. - cook it until the garlic is at least soft! I... More

Service was good, but not like it was with the old family in charge. Was on a road trip from the east coast and planned this stop with my brother in-law, for a real treat. We had better steaks at no name places on the road - so disappointed. Not like the old Duck Hunting days in the CV.

have been to Williams, AZ many time but never tried this place ... excellent food, and prices ... great service and a good history ... will definitely go back for their Marguita Pasta, angel hair pasta with shrimp that was big enough for 2 meals.

The comfortable atmosphere and good food have made Cairo's our first choice for dining out. They always have great 'specials' and not being a big eater myself, they have a 'lighter side' menu, which is perfect for me.

My first experience with Louis Cairo's was way back in the 70's when my Father brought me here along with several other men from the duck hunting club to which we belonged in this sleepy little town. Gilded in my hunting flannels and ratty Levis, wafting the smell of Cordite and damp duck feathers, we were all welcomed as if... More

This restaurant definitely lives up to its reputation in serving delicious food. The servers have been there for many years; our server provided excellent service. I would like to go back and try their famous Louis Bread!

Description
Stop on by and try our patio or our sports pub lounge for casual atmosphere, or go on into the dining room for more formal. Start off with a fabulous lemon drop, top shelf margarita on the rocks or a fabulous glass of wine from our extensive wine list. We have it all, from Steaks that are trimmed in house, to every meal being prepared to individual order. Try our calamari, or a dish of pasta. Our steak sandwich is famous, top sirloin steak, complimented by our beef raviolis, crisp salad or home made soup and of course you do have to try the bruschetta or the Blue Louis Bread, but be warned, you are now vampire free, and need to take an order wherever your going to be let in the door!
