Stopped in for lunch in this hole in the wall. I got some ribs and brisket. I never get sides so I just ordered meat. I thought it was very good and the sauce was tasty. My girlfriend said her sides were good. It is not haute cuisine, just barbecue.

Hog Heaven Pit BBQ has been their for years so they must be doing something right. They have lots of sides to choose from and good smoked meats. If you have not been there give it a try and judge for yourself.

We tried the beef and pork. Both were dry and old-tasting. The place was filled with flies. The corn bread was so dry and stale we couldn't eat a bite. Very big disappointment. We recently moved to the area, and would have loved to have a good BBQ place to eat at on a regular basis, but not here. We... More

Hog Heaven offers some of the best ribs I've ever had. In fact, I've gone there probably 20 times, and I think I've ordered something else maybe twice. I'm a big fan of spicy foods, but I actually like their mild sauce better. I think it has a nicer flavor. The restaurant is pretty small. Maybe 4-5 tables and some... More

Good BBQ, sides are very mediocre. Very small seating area. Prices seem a little high for me. Staff is very friendly.

The food was bland and service was absolutely terrible. Went on a Sunday and it was not busy, but the help did not seem to care to help at all. There was a gentleman in front of us in line and asked about whether his sauce was on the side or not and the girl behind the counter practically scolded... More

Visited here a few times since we moved to Bailey in November 2015 . Menu is large and diverse. The food is good , not great , definitely not bad . We always took it to go . The dine in area is all log style furniture. The place feels stuffy and old . Prices seem reasonable . The kitchen... More

Hog Heaven has great ribs and brisket, plus a dozen or more sides that are all great. Coleslaw is light and fresh...not mayonnaise based or sweet. Both regular and sweet potato fries are awesome. Brownies are great for dessert. We haven't tried the catfish yet, but that's next on the list. Window service is fast and the staff is really... More

This place is small and very casual with 5 tables inside and a large picnic table under a shelter outside. But the food is HUGE! Very large portions for the lunch plate. The catfish, black-eyed peas and collard greens were excellent. Do not pass up the black-eyed peas for sure! The chopped beef was good, but wish I had gotten... More
