Wondering where to go in Basalt that is tasty and quick but won't break the bank. Go to the Ho Palace. Family owned, good American style Chinese food. Order the Pupu platter and the wor wonton soup:-)

I have been here multiple times. The food is decent and the price is moderate. Especially for lunch. The service is definitely not amazing. My last takeout order was incorrect. During the last dine in visit everyone got their food at different times and the bill was wrong.

I stopped in for lunch. I love most Chinese food (Americanized Chinese), and lunch specials are hard to beat. I got the Kung Pao Chicken. My soup was good, but the chicken and my egg roll were terrible. The egg roll had next to nothing inside. It seemed like a little roll of mush fried in a wonton skin. The... More

Been eating here for 11 years. Good portions, value, and quality. The usual Americanized Chinese/Polynesian offerings done well.

Essential quintessential, while partial to martial. It is Chinese takeout. As it should be and as you like it. Enjoy, but the bill gets up there quicker than your hometown joint. Cheers?

New help has made a world of difference- before the owners sons were there and they were incredibly rude and insulting. Now they have these wonderful girls who are so sweet and helpful- the food is extremely good and you get a lot of it. Served super hot and fast, its a whole new amazing dining experience.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was five Years old. It is amazing, they cook great traditional Chinese food and the waiters are shoreline and make it priority that you are satisfied.

So far the BEST Genral Tao's Chicken in the Valley. Great service, nice people, worth it..do not let the strip mall look keep you away, look for it in the corner nest to SUBWAY.
