The old Chinese server was really nice, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was just not very good, the sauce on the chicken was especially awful, too very sweet and not tasty. They say this restaurant has been in existence since the 70s, how I wonder? It was not expensive.

Delightful Chinese restaurant. Staff makes you feel like you are visiting their home. Food is very good. Parking easy, and location convenient to CU and South Boulder.

My boyfriend and I come here almost once a week. His favorite is the Sesame Chicken which is crunchy, always steaming hot, and can be made spicy. They have some of the best Drunken Noodles & BBQ Pork Fried Rice I have ever had. Great dumplings & soups, fast service, big portion sizes, & cheap lunch specials. I definitely recommend... More

This is not a gourmet restaurant, but rather an excellent reasonably priced locals restaurant. We have been eating here one or two times a month over many years. We usually get some egg rolls, sizzling rice soup, lemon chicken and a bottle of Riesling wine. We have had most of their chicken and beef entrees as well as their moo... More

We had lunch here one day. The place filled up quickly. It was cold out and we thought pho was a good idea, and it was. Very good and authentic dish. Other diners seemed to be enjoying big plates of lunch specials. Would definitely return when in Boulder.

If you are after good Vietnamese food you will not go wrong here. Particularly good is a pork rice noodle with egg roll--you will remember this for a long time! Reasonably priced family restaurant. It has been there for a very long time and has an extensive local clientele.

This restaurant was recommended by Best Western Boulder Inn staff and exceeded expectations. When we smelled and watched amazing dishes emerge from the kitchen, a delightful gentleman from Hong Kong suggested my husband and I share the chow fung combo for $11.95. This was authentic chinese food and ever so tasty! Highly recommended.

May Wah has been at the Basemar shopping center at least since the 1970's -- with some of the same staff who have grown considerably older. The Vietnamese food there is still as good as ever--their other "Asian" dishes are not up to the same mark. You will find it hard to find better barbecued pork--in whatever dish--or better Vietnamese... More

Had the red curry with chicken ($7.95). Rice was a little more chewy than I like, but the curry had a nice heat due to a few jalapeno slices and the veg was fresh. Attentive wait staff. Food was fast, hot and fair for the price. Will try other dishes next time.
