Our first time trying it for breakfast and they didn't disappoint! French toast was excellent, very tasty and crispy on the edges. The ultimate ultimate egg scramble was very good too.

We thought we would try some place new for breakfast, as the Black Eyed Pea has started serving breakfast we thought why not? There are now a number of reasons why NOT. We ordered a coffee and a hot tea, the tea was a one cup, ( no pitcher to add hot water) and a coffee which wasn't really hot.... More

We always enjoy this restaurant! Good food served in a family friendly atmosphere make it a must in Castle Rock! You'd almost swear it's grandma's cooking! And the prices are very reasonable! Young and old alike will enjoy this restaurant!

1) The Food & 2) The Service. It has been five or more years since I've been to a Black Eyed Pea but were next to one yesterday late afternoon and comfort food sounded good. I would guess they were half full. The first mistake was sitting at a table next to a register and the kitchen opening. The wait... More

This restaurant now serves breakfast! It was not only delicious but large enough for two. The offerings were beyond the usual breakfast fare. Will definitely return.

Black-eyed Pea is right next to the Castle Rock Outlets, which makes it a great place to eat when you're all shopped out. Besides all the excellent side dish choices (fried okra is my favorite), there is an eclectic choice of entrees. It's definitely not just another burger joint. My favorite? Liver and onions! And finding a place that does... More

I am a fan of the Black Eyed Pea chain, sorely miss the one in my home town. That being said, this is one of the better example of the chain you will find. Consistently outstanding comfort food, stellar service, and fair prices. Everything from the cornbread and rolls they bring first to the last morsel of dessert is as... More

I had a good chicken salad, and quesadilla both were good. Friends had appetizers which were huge. They only ate 1/3 of it. Service was good. Other guest said his dish was good.

I've never been to Black Eyed Pea before, there was a discount offered on my hotel room key so decided to check it out. Busy place, but I was quickly seated and my drink ordered. The servers were friendly, and efficient. I tried the Meat Loaf, it was very good, and so was the fresh baked roll served with it.... More

We had an awesome experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive! We had the Turkey Dinner which was super. Loved the corn bread dressing and fried okra. The Angry Orchard Cider on tap for happy hour was a real treat. Will go back for sure!
