I'm a chile relleno snob. They have to be cheesy, crispy, and spicy and Pueblo Viejo simply has the best!! Very, very good Mexican food! Everyone is always super nice too! And I usually don't eat Spanish rice but theirs is actually good! Keep doing what you're doing guys! Customer for life!

This is positioned in a bizarre location facing Powers but takes a bit winding to get to it. We had a group of 9, so things were slower, but we were there long after anyone else around us had come and gone. Food was good. So many menu options it was overwhelming. Large portions. Good strawberry margarita. Bean dip and... More

I went hear to eat with some friends, and while we were initially served fairly promptly, everything beyond that was like pulling teeth. Our server said he'd take our drinks order after our food order, but he never came back, so I had to go to the bar to place my order. For dinner I ordered the fajitas, which is... More

I've been there many times and have always enjoyed it and I usually try different meals every time. I would recommend this place to everyone. They also have a maiocchi band walking around at dinner time on the weekends.

I took a visiting foreign exchange student from Columbia to dinner here one night so that he could sample some local dishes of the Mexican variety. He ordered a seafood dish that he enjoys at home in the coastal town where he is from. While we waited for our meals to come, there was a three man band strolling around... More

Some of the best Mexican food we've had in Colorado Springs. Large portions, excellent bean dip, and great service. The he burritos and fajitas were very well prepared.
