We went as a large group and were blessed with great food and service. The food was amazing and fresh and our waitress was very good.

I've been to a TON of Chili's and the quality is usually pretty consistent, but I was surprised at the lack of quality here. First, I walk in and there is no host to seat us. After about 5 minutes, I finally find a staff member and they said seat myself. The issue was that all 6 empty tables were... More

Huge menu to choose from and food is pretty good. Service was slow, waitress not the best. Served food at 35 minutes saying down a cook due to flu. Garlic bread served after done eating. Ribs were falling off bone and the chicken pasta was good. Wait time and slow service tainted meal. Average priced.

Came here because our resort was very high-priced. Food was okay. I will say the guac was DELICIOUS. Had one of the burrito bowls which did not WOW me and was just salty. Server was okay but didn't seem friendly...but told us to do the survey because that's how the restaurant schedules her (?) There was something about the restaurant... More

Food was not as good as our Chilis at home. North TX area. I had to ask for broccoli to be cooked twice and was still dry and not cooked enough. Server was prompt and friendly.

Ok I don't usually eat at Chilies but ok for a chain restaurant and to stop for quick lunch. Service was better than usual at chilies. Made changes to a dish and was impressed of outcome.

I went here recently during the day and I was expecting a nice quick lunch. I stood in the lobby for a few minutes and watched about 7 employees moving around and cleaning up etc. There were only a few customers in the retaliate so I assumed I would be in an out quickly. After standing by the front door... More

SUPER slow service. Took a few minutes to be greeted by server, after being seated promptly. Order taken, and nearly 50 minutes before food came out. Server appeared at 40 minute mark, and acted very surprised that no one had brought out our food. Server was not overly busy, to not be tracking. After checking, server came back empty handed,... We were staying may across the road and were tired of driving do decided to walk to a nearby place. The Italian food place didn't look great do settled for Chili's. We were all pleasantly surprised, tje food was great and the beer was 2 for 1. Much better than my experience with the Canadian version. Better food, service and... More

Average food. Sort of what you expect from a Chilis. If paying with a card watch swiping machine on table. There was a $1.99 entertainment fee on each check for kids video games that can also be played on same device. Waitress said it was a mistake and removed it, but it makes you wonder how many other people paid... More
