I had never had Etheopian food before visiting Uchenna. It was very unique and delicious. If you are looking for something different definitely check out Uchenna.

I loved the food there. It's tasty, interesting and they can accommodate to your spice level. You must try their dessert baklava, it's heavenly.

Great food and their Ethiopian coffee is the best around. Everything on the menu is fantastic and the staff is very helpful if you are new to the etiquette of the cuisine.

Ethiopian home cooked food, done really well, hidden in a corner in Old Colorado City. Well worth finding. Just be careful, because when they ask you if you want regular or spicy, spicy definitely means spicy! Great food that you can eat without a knife and fork if you want.

Was looking for something different and authentic in Colorado Springs for our usual business trip and I am glad I found this restaurant. The food is authentic and carefully prepared. The hostess is also your waitress and she explains everything you need to know as well as demonstrates to you how to eat the food the Ethiopian way. Loved the... More
