My husband and I stopped here while staying in Denver overnight, definitely glad we checked it out for lunch. Like another reviewer said, it's very similar to Chipotle or QDoba but with a Native American twist. We had an Indian taco with shredded bison meat and the bison ribs - both delicious. The only thing I couldn't figure out was... More

If you like bison, make the trip to Tocabe. It's a few minutes outside of downtown Denver, but well worth the drive and there was tons of on street parking both times we were there (they have a small parking lot too). My husband had the bison ribs and liked them so much he got a to-go order and we... More

It's like a Qdoba or Chipotle with a twist. I wish we had a place like this in my area because I would eat here all the damn time. The staff was super nice and helpful as I made my way through the options. They took the time to explain and suggest things. The food was awesome!! I loved my... More

Staff walks you through the menu and ordering process. Food is different, tasty and authentic. Perfect to go out your normal lunch comfort zone and try something culturally pleasing to the tastebuds!

I took a coworker here for lunch today and tried the nachos and was blown away! I've only been here a couple of times and previously had the fry bread so I opted to try something different today. The ground bison was amazing, the toppings were fresh and wonderful, the queso was super tasty and it all worked together to... More

We were very surprised at how good this place was, it's kind of like a chipotle but better. I had the bison, if you are hungry the portions are generous. The fry bread was awesome with all the toppings.

We dined at Tocabe as we were passing through Denver. What a find! We only wish that we weren't so far away so that we could return! All of our food was fresh and tasty. The fry bread was incredible.

They were out of ribs, so I asked what the most popular item was on the menu. The gentleman walked me through the option of having a lot of stuff on top of fried bread. I don't do fried bread ... I mean, we aren't already sufficiently obese, we need more fatty calories on top of fatty calories? So when... More

Food here is OK.You go through a line and pick your beans, protein (meats)like ground beef, ground bison, chicken if you like an Indian fry bread as a base it's like a giant fried flat doughnut . Super greasy ,oh and that is an extra charge. You get to choose two sides to top your dish it could be a... More

We were in Denver for business and wanted to try something that was different for dinner. We heard about this place and it was wonderful. It's in West Denver so it is not right downtown but it is worth the effort to get to. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
