I made reservations for date night with the husband on our last night in Denver. We were seated on time as they were not that busy on the Thursday night we visited. We started with the 3 pc. Charcuterie board with the pepperoni piccolo, humbolt...More

My sister and I were anxious to revisit this restaurant after several years absence and were quite pleased that it was still in existence. But....they stopped the dipping grill which we enjoyed so much. The menu has changed but there are still many good appetizer...More

Seriously, make a reservation and go here. My husband and I had a date night here on our vacation and loved everything we ordered. Yes, it's expensive and definitely attracted a more millennial-kind of crowd (hipster-y), but the staff were great and everything we tasted...More

So disappointed that the Vesta Dipping Grill got rid of the Dipping part! It was the only thing that made them a unique and fun place to go, now its just another overpriced, super small portion Denver restaurant. They really have lost 'their thing.' I...More

My husband and I visited Vesta for our 20th wedding anniversary and were treated like royalty! We were greeted at the door. We visited the bar first and were treated to glasses of prosecco by the bartender (I believe her name was Jess). We also...More

Very beautiful restaurant on Blake. The potential is great but more than something needs to be improved. First of all they have outdoor tables but there's no outdoor service for dinner. Then when I dine in a $$$$ restaurant I expect a tablecloth. The service...More

Had pork belly, tempura shrimp, tuna, naan with 5 sauces and elk sausage. All very good except for me the elk - just boring. Bottle of Willamette Pinot - $60,and much of their wine list pricey. They volunteered to take the elk off, good service...More

Ordered two small plates. Both came lukewarm. Sent them back. The plate of four meatballs was returned to us as three. And to top it off they weren’t warm AGAIN. The manager did comp our meal but won’t be going back for sure.

Down town Denver has this beautiful cozy place where seasonal fresh stuff is used for many innovative cuisines and drinks. Should try their Bread platter and may be Vesta sauce sampler. I also loved Curried goat Tagine, although very nicely made vegetarian. They are pretty...More

Bold flavors, inspired dishes, an intimate setting and expertly crafted cocktails make Vesta Denver's go-to dining destination. Here we celebrate Vesta, the Roman goddess of the hearth, through a menu created by Executive Chef Nicholas Kayser, a Colorado native who's culinary talents enhance our much-loved menu with creative interpretations and beautiful plating. At Vesta, we serve bold, sexy food from a menu that embraces seasonal, fresh ingredients. Vesta's dining room hums with energy from the guests who are drawn in by the menu of flavorful, ingredient-driven small plates and shareable, fire-grilled meats and vegetables served alongside Vesta's signature sauces. A warm, inviting vibe has always been the foundation of Vesta, and our food is complemented by a thoughtful, diverse wine list and cocktail menu offering both classic and creatively contemporary variations made with top local spirits. Vesta's wine list receives consistent recognition from Wine Spectator, and the Sommelier Journal as featured Vesta's barrel-aged cocktail program as a leader in the industry. Vesta has won dozens of awards including multiple years as Open Table's "Diners Choice," "Best 1st Date in Denver," "Best Bartender" and many others, showcasing our commitment to creating an unparalleled experience for our guests. Vesta is the go-to destination for diners celebrating special occasions, hosting visitors from out of town, or in search of the perfect weeknight spot to gather with friends Vesta truly embodies the essence of the hearth - a place where delicious meals are prepared and friends and family gather by the warmth of the fire.
