Amazing chef, and the meals are superb ! The magical sauces for dipping are available upon request, I always know I will be treated graciously, and served an incredible meal at Vesta. I do miss the bread and roasted garlic !

Vesta has a cool vibe about it. The large circular tables are convenient for large parties. They offer a range of sea & land options, as well as varying meal sizes. Creative crafted cocktails as well.

We went on a blizzard-like night in December. Warm welcoming place. Great meal! Everything we tried was super. Enjoyed the smaller plates and main course. Small desserts weer wonderful - Caramel Corn and Peanut Butter Cup. Best dinner we had on trip to Denver!

Love the fact that this restaurant was in a historic building, had a 5:15 reservation and within an hour the place was packed. Average martini, but the scallops and risotto was wonderful. I want to go back and try other items on the menu.

Everything and every drink was simply...yes...please. I recommend the bone marrow and the beef tartar. I can't hate if you get the Moscow mule and the lobster bisque or cheese plate (get the homemade breads)

We had a great time. We discovered Vesta from the Travel Channel. Our serve Kye was wonderful. The whole crew works as a team which is super nice to see. We had the meat and cheese tray for a starter. Then we shared the scallops which were divine! I wish we had gotten our own since they were so good.... More

We viewed this restaurant on Trip Advisor as we are out of towners. When we tried to book it came up unavailable - after sending an email they accommodated us at our requested time - very polite on the phone too. Probably strange 4 of us booking for our Valentine evening together? We were seated in a timely manner and... More

After a very mediocre meal for restaurant week 2 nights ago in a restaurant that was very good in the past, I was a little nervous for this meal. In fact, it turned out to be very good as it had been on previous occasions. All dishes were delicious and the dipping sauces were fun to try. The waiter was... More

We ate dinner at Vestas back in October. I have several dietary restrictions (gluten, corn, and dairy) which can be very difficult to accommodate. Our waiter, Steve, was phenomenal! I was totally confident that he was checking with the kitchen and knew his food. Corn hides in sauces and seasonings and drinks and everything. If you don't have to avoid... More

Great setting in an old building. Service was great. Appetizers (small plates) were excellent especially the pork belly. Main courses were also very good. Nice wine list as well. All around wonderful meal.
