A $7 lunch 2 weeks ago is now $16. Their only justification was 'our prices have gone up.' What was a good value is now a major rip-off.

This is one of my favorites when visiting family in the neighborhood. Sushi is very fresh and delicious. We like to sit on the patio which does not have the most amazing ambiance (overlooks parking lot) but the food is WONDERFUL and makes up. I...have never sat inside. I admit it does not look that inviting. But again, the food ins awesome!More
These people are rude, obnoxious, inconsiderate and they HATE all animals. The staff needs classes in Hospitality 101. We were visiting from out of town with our service dog. We called ahead of time to make sure they accept service animals. They said "Yes" without...hesitation. We walked a mile with our dog since we did not have a car being tourists. When we reached the restaurant, the staff member rudely stopped us at the door and asked us to show his papers. This is illegal BTW. But he did not care. We pulled his documents on the phone and guess what - the staff member even refused to look at it. He insisted on seeing a paper copy. He continued to humiliate us for a good 10 minutes in front of customers and staff. The manager just looked at this situation and never intervened. Remember - we had called ahead and they had said yes!!! If you love animals, avoid this place.More
Osaka is my favorite restaurant because the people are so nice. They have the soda with a marble, and I absolutely love - I mean love - their sushi. - Madeline, 8
Really good food and very good service. We were just visiting Denver, but looking for a local place to eat. Even though it was close to closing time, they welcomed us in and served us delicious food. The Playboy Roll was awesome. The Shrimp and...Vegetable Tempura was delicious and not greasy at all. Miso soup was hot and fresh. Overall a really good experience and highly recommended.More
We were greeted in a friendly manner by the host and we were served very quickly. There were three sushi chefs working behind the counter. The unfortunate thing is that the inside of the restaurant was not well kept, which was a bit off-putting. The...food was acceptable and the price was reasonable. We were there at 'happy hour' but that only meant that a dollar was taken off the regular price. Not sure if that could be considered 'happy'.More
Traveling with family for medical reasons. We found a deal for our hotel, so dining options seemed limited. Looked at reviews and settled on Osaka Sushi. Walking up, we nearly lost our nerve. Our family loves creative and fresh sushi, from the outside we didn’t...think it would happen. That all changed when we walked in the door. Obviously authentic, no pretense just outstanding sushi. Prices were exceptional considering quality. The rolls were very creative and delicious. Highly recommend the Bronco, Temptation, and the Zombi Brain. Great find.More
Plates were beautiful and service was fast & friendly! Easy to find options that were meat-free. The avocado roll and the asparagus roll were delicious!
The sushi was pretty boring. Fresh fish, but small portions. They obviously try to fill you up on rice. I didn’t try the ramen, but hear it might be better than the sushi.
If you are looking for decent sushi at a decent price this is the place. The service is great and is good too. Quality of fish is always consistent and I know exactly what I will get.
We love this place because it’s easy to park, wait is short, food is great. The rolls are the best! Very attentive wait staff. Casual.
This basement ramen house brings authentic broth, an impressive selection of sake and great service together to deliver an amazing meal.
Had a nice sushi meal here. Most dishes we ordered I liked. The Tropicana roll stood out with a unique combination. Sashimi was nice big pieces of fish.
Came here last week for sushi. As a vegetarian, I liked that they had a veg sushi option, which came with 3 veg rolls, miso soup, and salad. My partner got two rolls (spicy tuna and spicy salmon) as well as a noodle dish, and...only had positive things to say. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. It is not beautiful or fancy inside, but if you're looking for some decent sushi that will not break the bank, Osaka is great.More
I read about Osaka Sushi on TripAdvisor reviews and decided to try it with my family on our next visit to Denver. What a great place! Unpretentious, really excellent sushi in an intimate, cheerful atmosphere. I don't know that I have had better sushi anywhere...else. Fresh ingredients, flavorful and well presented. A great place for sushi and at a price that won't break the bank. Highly recommend Osaka Sushi in Denver.More
