Trendy little pub. The area for music performance was too small. We were all jammed in there standing. However, the staff was super friendly and the drinks were good!

This is a really cool bar on east colfax across from the Bluebird Theater. Very fun and high energy with great live music and great pub food.

We stopped in here on our first night in Denver while waiting to go to a show at the Blue Bird Theatre across the street. While this place has a really cool history and vibe to it, we were kind of treated like outsiders from the get go. People literally stared at us with scowls on their face as we... More

Bartender didn't know how to make drinks. Was lazy only wanted to serve beer. Very expensive but basic drink. Didn't feel very welcomed I assume because it was close to closing time. It was OK.

We came in and were the only people in the place. Even so, it took quite a while for someone to come and take our orders, even though the cook (or someone) had been staring at us for about five minutes when we first arrived. The waiter took our drink order and then a large group came in. After that,... More

Beer options on tap were pretty good. Food was also good although the menu was not extensive. Recommend the pizza. Great place to get together after work for a beer and a couple of appetizers.

We ended up at the Goosetown when the Mescal next door was closed for renovations. We were pleased to have a reason to try out Goosetown. They have a nice selection of draft beers. Our table had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich, the Italian meatball sandwich and the green chile burger. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Service was very good.

Last weekend I went to Goosetown Tavern to see a friend'sband play. I had been in there once before but just for drinks before a Bluebird show and I've always wanted to return for some food. The side room for performances is a nice size and the sound is good but not too loud if you are in the bar... More

Walking through this cozy little strip of restaurants and small stores just a half mile east of the Tattered Cover bookstore, I stopped at the guitar repair shop to ask what was good to eat. While one of the spots across the street was packed with college kids, I wanted their opinion. They described a few spots that were pretty... More
