This is our go to breakfast place. Portions are big, but leftovers are always nice! The pancakes and the bacon are the best in town. If you are a fan of New Mexico red and green chili, this is the place for you!

Doug's Day Diner was certainly worth the wait on Sunday. We arrived about 9:30 and had a half hour wait. Well worth it though. Plate of food was more than enough. I had the basic eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast. Delicious! Next time I will get the homemade biscuit. That was pretty large and informed it was really good. Biscuits and gravy... More

This is a great breakfast place. The lightly-grilled biscuits, served with home-made peach or strawberry jam, are huge and delicious. One is enough for about 4 people. The thick sliced bacon is the best I have had anywhere. Between four us, we sampled the chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy everything was great. Service was good-prompt but not rushed. Prices... Doug's is one of my most frequented breakfast stops. Their portions are large, food is fresh and tasty, and service has always been great. I have experienced up to a 20 minute wait on the weekend, but otherwise I am usually seated quickly. My only regret is that they do not have boozey breakfast drinks (or any alcohol), which you... Ordered the Philly steak and messy fries with gravy covering them. The wife ordered the largest burrito known to man for only $9. Amazing service for a Friday evening. Would highly recommend. Location is easy to get to. Total bill $24. You definitely get your money worth here for homestyle food.

Had burgers and it was a nice location for a mellow meal. The burgers were great, even offered cups to take drinks to go. Would go back!

I never reviewed Doug's when we lived in FoCo. But we have been gone 4 years now and it is one of the two places back home we still pine for. Exceptional breakfast, I try a few times a month to recreate the Pappas. Good people and wonderful food.

I have enjoyed Doug's Day Diner several times and it never fails. Service is always solid, friendly wait staff. The food is comfort food with a little spin on it and they don't skimp on the portions. You can't go wrong for breakfast or lunch

We love traveling through Fort Collins and always stop at Doug's Day Diner. Breakfast is served all day, I always have the Clint omelette with fresh tomatoes, spinach and bacon. My husband is hooked on the burgers. The buns and jams are all homemade and the French fries are fresh, not frozen and everything is priced $10 and under. It... More

We stopped in on a weekend, busy but not to the extent that we didn't get good service. Coffee was great. I was glad they had smaller portions of the dishes as I didn't want to stuff myself, but I know many people love to have huge portions. Still it was enough. Biscuits were great too. Service was very good.... More
