Jay's is a fancy and romantic restaurant, with fancy prices to go along with it. But comparable to other restaurants of its stature. The atmosphere is a large part of the 5*'s. The service was good. Had a caramel apple martini that was just OK. Also had a Prosecco cocktail with smashed strawberries that was delectable. Had the calamari that... More

Love Jay's Bistro. Great ambiance and entertainment. Thank you Mark for the beautiful piano playing! We enjoyed three of their happy hour appetizers: Denver lamb ribs; brie with a fig compote and steamed mussels. All three were spot on perfection. Wine and cocktails were excellent as well. Our next visit will be for dinner. Can't wait!

Jay is a very personable and gracious host and chef. It has been awhile since I have been into Jay's Bistro, However, when I worked for Hewlett-Packard and had to choose a place for lunch for the filed engineers in my class, Jay's was one of the top choices by the students and by me. Jay is a wonderful person,... More

My wife and I chose Jay's to have our Anniversary dinner at on December 30th 2016. It was a FABULOUS experience. The service was spot on, but the food shone bright in every manner. The apps were hot, well portioned, and delectable. We shared the lobster bisque and the charcuterie platter, both were delicious. For the main course I opted... More

My husband and I went to Jay's Bistro for dinner on New Year's Eve and we had such a good time there. The restaurant was packed and loud. Our booked table was very close to other tables so it was very difficult to have a conversation. We also had some troubles to understand what our waiter was asking and what... More

We've gone to Jay's many times, but we ALWAYS end up sitting at the bar and staying there! They have a fun bar menu, with lamb pops and meatballs....and the bar staff is ALWAYS wonderfully fun!

Had a nice dinner here tonight, food and service were fine, both a little stuffy. The menu was lacking a couple of options I'd seen online so it was harder to find something "normal" that wasn't duck, bison or organic. My steak was good, well cooked but a little bland, fingerling potatoes a little dry but fine. Overall good, just... More

Lovely place to eat and avoid the big turkey day extravaganza. Had a great dinner, thank you for opening your restaurant for the rest of us who do not have the big family dinners to attend.

No better way to give thanks than to bring family together here. The food was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time. Several in our party had the stuffed pork and couldn't be happier. I thoroughly enjoyed the filet. This place is a must visit in Fort Collins.

We visited Jay's to celebrate our anniversary with a fabulous dinner. We reserved a table in the lounge so that we were closer to the musicians, led by the talented Mark Sloniker on piano. We shared the Seafood Romaine – entrée size, featuring grilled shrimp, lobster, crab which was a great starter/salad. We both ordered the Mixed Grill with New... More
