I love giving 4 and 5 star reviews. However, I've given this place a few tries and just don't find it outstanding. For the price, Sushi is OK as is ambience. There are better options nearby that I find more appealing.

Omg I love this place. Great sushi and their soup that comes with the sushi is so awesome. I think I've tried every sushi place here in Fort Collins and Suehiro isn't favorite. Great variety of rolls and Sashimi. So fresh and inventive. Keep up...More

Hungry for good sushi, this is the place in Fort Collins to visit. The environment is pleasant, food is excellent and the sake is the drink of choice to round out a pleasing dinner.
I was concerned about the change in ownership but but this restaurant still is very good. Sushi was fresh and tasty as always and Kobe sliders were excellent.
I would say that for many years Suehiro was the best sushi restaurant in Fort Collins. Now I don't even bother going here. Sushi is overpriced, atmosphere is dirty, and wait staff is unclean/rude. I MUCH PREFER to go to Jaws Sushi on West Elizabeth...More
Suehiro had received good marks online so the wife and I decided to try it. Restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great decor. We were taken to our seat next to a room where if you reserve a seat, you can sit on pillows,...More
I have eaten sushi in Boulder, Denver, Longmont and Fort Collins and by far this sushi restaurant has the best sushi. They have the best Miso soup too.
My favorite Japanese restaurant in town! Having grown up in Tokyo, Japan, I am a little wary about Japanese restaurants that have chefs--especially sushiya's from countries where they don't even eat rice! We have eaten in the Old Town site dozens of times in the...More
I love their dynamite lunch. Whatever is in the dynamite dish is addictive! I liked the rolls I had. Very tasty. They give you soup and salad as well, so it's more filling than your average sushi meal. My friend and I went here early...More
