My family has been going to the Mountain Café for many years. It is my choice to go there every year for my birthday!. A family run business that makes you feel at home! Most everything is made from scratch including the biscuits and sausage gravy, the salsa (be sure and make this special request instead of the usual bottled... More

This is a hidden gem in Fort Collins! The food is quick, affordable, and yummy. Great place for a quick breakfast without the long wait at a place like Snooze.

Linda and I are great fans of The Mountain Cafe and, apart from serving a GREAT breakfast, we've become friends with the most pleasant staff and include the proprietor, Mo, his lovely wife Huria as personal friends - and we've seen Jamal and Michelle grow into fine young adults. The Australian/New Zealand Community make the Mountain Cafe its Anzac Day... More

Good food Good Service Reasonable Prices. We went in mid morning, there was NO CROWD. We had two of the three specials, peach pancakes, and stuffed French toast sandwich. Both were good. My one knock. I ordered a soft drink, it was served in a juice glass.

We went in as a group of 6 and all of us walked out full, satisfied and with money still in our pockets! What more could you ask for?! We sat on their cute little patio out back and our service was great - we had a cute, tall, thin, brunette girl that was busily running around the whole time... More

I enjoy a real Mom and Pop diner. Always delicious, well made and pretty quick also, no matter how busy they are. Mo is a great cook. Staff is always friendly and attentive. My go to Old Town breakfast eatery, and to be honest I have never been there for lunch. I suspect it is classic diner eats also.

Been too long since we have ventured downtown, but the only reason would be to have fantastic food at Mountain Cafe! Always friendly....they always know your name. Food is consistently excellent. The only place in Fort Collins for comfort food for over 4 Lustrum!

Mountain Cafe has a Great breakfast. Most affordable one in the downtown area I would bet. Nothing really fancy just basic options but fresh and cooked just right. Kind staff.
