Check out The Pullman for imaginative American fare and reasonable prices. Good wine selection too. Not too noisy for conversation.

The Pullman is a very nice restaurant located right on restaurant Row in Glenwood Springs. We got right in without a wait on Saturday night it was a little cold and rainy though. The food was very tasty I had the pork shoulder and my spouse had the truffles. The menu is very interesting and you should top it off... More

We were out and about for Mothers day and got reservations here. While it was busy I have to say our waitress kept on top of things very well. Kitchen had our plates out very quickly. We had the grilled veggie sandwiches and the fried chicken sandwich. All 3 were prepared as requested and delicious. Very nice touch of a... More

If you're look for something really special in Glenwood Springs, this is the place to go. They have a great menu with some very special recipes. The unique variety of ingredients was a pleasant change from the run of the mill eateries.

Had lunch here and as always, food is grand. The salads so fresh and wonderfully dressed, the sandwich choices inspired. Right by the train station, the location and ambiance rival the menu. Try the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. Oh so good.

You could dine at the Pullman every night for a month and still not get through their menu AND still be pleased, satisfied, and even amazed. These guys make it happen – from their menu to their bar. They’re a bit Hipster – I don’t think there’s a guy there that doesn’t have a beard. Lol. They have a relaxed... More

Staff was friendly (hostess was very nice), the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken with broccoli and it was amazing! I went back here the next night with my husband again and enjoyed the burger with fries. However, if you aren't from CO and ask for mustard beware it's more like horseradish.

Had we only gone to the Pullman one time, I would have given them a much higher rating. Our first dinner was outstanding. I had the roasted chicken served on polenta (the scallion sauce was divine), and my husband had the handmade gnocchi salad, both were fantastic. In fact, we were so happy with our meals we decided to eat... More

Colohut, I am sorry for the condition your hamburger buns came out. It shouldn't be rocket science to get them correct. But please, always mention something if it doesn't seem correct or tasty. We prefer to fix mistakes rather than read about them. cheers, rick the pullman More

Special different food, area brewed beers at a reasonable price. My daughter that lives there said it has won awards for its food. The deviled egg appetizer was kinda sweet and very good. I had the hamburger and the meat seemed good quality. Kids meal looked good, daughter had lamb dish and the mac and cheese ( she liked both,... More
