Visiting from NYC - didn't know what to expect - but very pleased with the setting, the food and the service. There were 6 of us - all over 70 - we were able to enjoy table-wide conversations without having to raise our voices.

A very important Family Dinner for 9 was Fantastic. Swiss Fondue with fantastic Cheeses, St. Moritz Raclette with wonderful beef, chicken, shrimp, veges and dipping sauces, ending with Chocolate Ganache Fondue with fruit and cake. A wonderful celebration with outstanding servers. Doug, Nick and Jeff were so kind and helpful. Anticipating everything made the dinner one our whole family will... More

Had dinner in the fondue/racketeering room. We chose the cheese fondue, beef raclette and sausage raclette options. Very interesting vibe in this room, the tables are set to warm the fondue and raclette area for that portion of the dinner. There were good selection on the menu from 4-course- fondue, salad, raclette and chocolate fondue dessert and any combination there... More

First time at the Chinook based on recommendations from friends, and it did not disappoint. The Wiener schnitzel was excellent, and you need to pay attention to the customizations of the burgers. Hefeweizen was very good. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. Worth the trip.

We visited the Chinook Tavern for lunch the other day and had the Southwestern steak salads - they were very good. The restaurant has a somewhat funky vibe, very good food and good service. Recommend!

What a wonderful time we had! We went on a weekend getaway for Valentines Day and this was our first dinner out in a long time. We chose not to eat off the menu because we wanted fondue for all courses. Our waiter's were Nick and Doug. They were both so friendly and helpful! You can't go wrong with this... More

The Chinook has a large bar area and a separate dining room. Have eaten twice in the bar. The appetizer and dinner menus are somewhat refreshingly different from every other bar food menu. The Chinook is a bit pricey. However, the wait staff, food, and casual atmosphere make this a place I will return to.

Located in a nice part of the Denver Tech Center. This place has a nice feel to it, and the staff seemed friendly. The food and drinks are a little more expensive than most restaurants. I had the beef shoulder. Had 5 little pieces of meat served with asparagus and get this, French fries. They were truffle fries but still... More
