My husband and I enjoyed our meal here tremendously. Excellent service, lovely 4 course meal, very enjoyable ambiance. It was by far our best (and most expensive) meal on the mountain but highly worth the trip. We especially enjoyed our dessert and port wine by the fireplace.

On a recent February 2017 ski trip to Colorado from our home in St. Louis, MO, our longtime friends from Silverthorne treated us to a very memorable and exceptional "night out" at the Ski Tip Lodge. After arriving at Ski Tip Lodge at our prescheduled reservation time, we were greeted, welcomed, and led into a rustic and very cozy, well... More

We decided on this when one of the other restaurants in the Vail consortium we like was totally booked. It was a good find - great food, great service but totally expensive. Soup, salad, main and a dessert. The dessert is served by one of the fireplaces in the lounge areas. Sweet potato soup was absolutely delicious. Duck breast with... More

Carefully prepared, inventive, unexpected food. Expensive. Fresh fruit tasted of onion - so a bit more care is needed

I knew it was pricy ahead of time as I had read all the reviews. Loved the ambiance of the place...cozy and warm. The courses made for a lengthy and welcomed dinner with family and friends. Food was so different and fun! We will repeat our visit when we go back!

Ski tip is one of our favorite places to eat in the whole area. It is expensive but worth it for a special occasion or a great travel memory. Be sure to reserve several weeks in advance. Service is warm and extremely professional. After the prix fix 4 course meal they will have you retire to the massive stone fireplace... More

Our group of 5 were visiting keystone for a work related trip. Two in our group had been there before and had a great experience. The historic building is a great atmosphere to unwind after skiing it was very relaxing. There is no commercialization here. The wine pairings were excellent choices by Megan and complimented the varied dishes we all... More

If you like historical places this place is pretty cool. It was an 1880's stagecoach stop and has been added on to a few times but very charming. Nice stone fire places, cookies and tea in the afternoon and a nice little bar the opens for cocktail hour. Only 10 rooms and our room was updated and has a private... More

Incredible service and excellent food. After the main course they had us move into a lounge room with a huge fireplace. They brought our desserts and coffee into us. We already booked for our March trip

Wow. This place is pricey but very good. My husband and I went here for a date night and it didn't disappoint. Prepare to pay though! So worth it for a special treat.
