I ordered a single steakburger with cheese and it was very overcooked to the point that the meat was crunchy. Maybe its supposed to be that way but I thought it was gross. 5 Guys a few blocks away is a much better place for burgers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! The center of our hand-pressed steakburger patty should be juicy and flavorful with caramelized edges. We're very sorry if yours was prepared incorrectly, and we'd love the opportunity to make this right with you. Please send us a message through our website at freddysusa.com/connect. More

The food reminded me of a Steak & Shake, except they don't have the breakfast food options. Got a burger and fries. Burger was pretty good. Their fries were ok. They're a little on the thin side for my liking. I recommend sprinkling a little of their company spice mix on them. The chocolate shake was awesome! Good and thick.... More

This is better than your average fast food joint, which was a nice surprise. The hamburgers taste fresh, the fries are shoestring size. This was a quick meal for us after work, before Christmas shopping.

I've lived in Colorado for 20 years. The only thing I miss from back home in K.C. is the burger from WIndstead's. I believe they call these burgers, "french" style. When they are pounded and have the crispy edges. Sooo good. Well I don't have to want for that anymore. I tried Freddy's and it's the same style burger, but... More

I have to say no matter what town I visit, Freddy's is usually the restaurant we go to. I recommend to everyone I know to order meal #2 which is the freddys all beef hot dog meal. You add your toppings to it. I would say it's probably the simplest item on the menu and the best-in my opinion. Also,... More

The burgers are good. The burger meat is flatter than your typical restaurant burger but tasty nonetheless. The fries are nice and thin and crispy--shoestring style. I love the dipping sauce, the buns, the toppings. The kids love the frozen custard.

Freddy's is one of those places you just can't get enough of. Literally, If I could, I'd eat this 5 days a week, buuuut my body would probably not be too happy about that! So once a week will have to do. Thats right, once a week. I LOVE this place. Unlike most fast food restaurants where you feel terrible... More

These burgers are made fresh when you order and are incredibly thin. It makes the texture nice and is still filling. The matchstick fries are great and you can't go wrong getting some custard before you leave.

Ordered double cheeseburger and chili hot dog. Nothing special about either. I think any fast food burger is better than Freddy's.
