Via Toscana has provided me with a wonderful dinner whether I have been in a party of two or thirteen. It is now one of our staple choices to bring visitors to in order to share a more local experience (rather than dining at a chain restaurant they might already have at home). We have not been disappointed yet.

Via Toscana has good bones, they know the basics of good Italian food, it was all there but but chicken (saltimbucco) was hammered pretty hard, every thing else about the dish was really good, sauce, prosciutto, sage, everything was there but if they'd only not cooked it so hard it would have been perfect, juicy, salty, sweet... My wife had... More

We were a group of 7. Our waiter was a bit cocky and not real pleasant. The decor and menu were unbelievable. The options for dinner, drinks, and desserts was fabulous. 3 of us ordered game, lamb, rabbit, and duck. I had the duck and was disappointed. It was a very small, fatty portion. My wife had the rabbit, it... More

Good wine list and excellent pepperadel & bolognese sauce. Had the Antinori by the glass which complemented my meal well.

This has become our favorite "date night" place in Boulder County. Most Boulderites (like us) stay in the city, but only 5 miles away in Louisville is this gem of an Italian restaurant. Have now eaten there about a dozen times in last couple years, and we are NEVER disappointed. Wonderful selection of appetizers/salads and pasta dishes, but I always... More

We had heard this was a great local restaurant, but we were still delightfully surprised by just how good our meal was! It is located in a suburban shopping center, which we found a bit odd at first. But walk through the large, ornate wooden doors and voila -- you're in an Italian ristorante, with low lighting, pleasing decor and... More

Date night with my husband and so pleasantly surprised. We had no expectations going into the evening as we hadn't heard of the restaurant before and were so happy we chose this restaurant. The staff, the food, the ambiance was amazing and they have a great gluten free menu! We will be back and would highly recommend it!!

After visiting and doing tastings at several Italian restaurants in the Broomfield area for a rehearsal dinner, Via Toscana was hands down our favorite. We had about 45 people who fit very nicely into a side room. The coordinator set up the room perfectly with an appetizer table and an excellent selection of menu items. The cost was reasonable and... So I have lived here 16 years and have had an on again off again relationship with this restuarant. Has never been about the food, but the service. In the last few years service has greatly improved and the food is outstanding. I take my father in law to dinner here about once a month. The menu varies and is... More
