Love to sit at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere, a great martini, pasta and conversation. A must for all foodies and lovers of history. From the fresh bread and herbed garlic butter to the amazing desserts.

We love the Bon Ton and have come here for years. It's in the basement of the St. Elmo hotel and has great artwork on rock walls. The beef wellington is amazing as are most of the food here. We love the atmosphere.

What a delicious, pleasant dining experience! Loved the unique location! My chicken piccata was delicious, and my partner had cannelloni which he pronounced as wonderful. We began our dining with clam chowder- easily the best we've ever had. Too stuffed to try the tiramisu immediately after dinner, we got it to go. That was also the best ever! We came... More

Good food, average service, disappointed they did not have any Colorado Wines on their wine list. They do not offer bar service prior to 5:30pm, which is when they open their doors. No outdoor covering to wait under in the event of bad weather. Located in basement of a closed Hotel that also can not be accessed prior to 5:30pm.

Our group of 5 was impressed with 5 different entrees. We sat upstairs in overflow seating, which offered a view of the mountain alpenglow. Great wine by the glass.

Bon Ton did not disappoint! From the salads to the Galloping Goose dessert, the food was fabulous. The ambiance is unique and quaint too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ouray!

Enjoyed an excellent meal at Bon Ton. Great service, friendly staff. I had a rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection and very tasty.

While visiting Ouray I wanted to take my gracious hosts to dinner. In a store I overheard people talking about the Beef Wellington at the Bon Ton. They were raving about it........ When I asked people around town where to take my guests.... Universally they first, The Bon Ton. It proved to be a charming little restaurant with great service... More

As always, the food and service is great. Most definitely go. But a fire in the hotel has caused the heat to be set low. It was very chilly and I kept my coat on. Again, the Bon Ton is worth going to for the food, service and atmosphere.
