Everything in the Pagosa Bakery is delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Thai Wednesday shouldn't be missed.

Okay, I have to tell you, the Green Chili on the breakfast burrito really tops it off! Great salads, baked goodies, ( of course ), and breakfast menu, especially if you add the green chili.

Good coffee and a large selection of pastries. Seems popular with locals, excellent service. make your choice for pastries before you get to the cashier to order your coffee, easier that way

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the price and quality of food. We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, a couple of muffins, the quiche, and a mushroom panini. To say we left satisfied would be a huge understatement. If I ever make it to Pagosa Springs again, you can bet that we'll be dining there... More

Although we wanted a blueberry muffin and they were still baking, we tried the raspberry and it was delicious...a perfect sweet/tart mixture. The caramel latte was perfect!

Delicious Spinach Mushroom Swiss Quiche and Linzer Cookies. Check the Bread Schedule to get daily fresh baked rolls and bread. There was a line when we arrived but the wait was not bad. Enjoy!

Just returned from a 5 day ski trip to Wolf Creek. The breakfast burrito with chicken and green chiles was the perfect way to prep for a great day outdoors. The cranberry-cream cheese bread made an amazing "pocket snack" to enjoy at the top of Alberta Peak. They cut my wife's cinnamon roll (made with brioche dough) in half so... More

What a beautifully comfortable space with hard wood floors and helpful knowledge staff. The mocha is amazing as well as the bran muffins, raspberry chocolate muffins, Breve, and egg burritos with just the right amount of green chili. It is worth the drive and into town.
