All the food that we tried at Kip's was to die for. But the tacos? UNBELIEVABLE tacos on a really cool patio! Definite must stop!

So good we had dinner one night and brunch there the next day. Yak burgers are so tender and lean. Locally raised. The lambowski burger was our favorite with layered flavors and you can swap out the different meat options. The nachos are amazing as well. It is the kind of place with friendly wait staff and everything is homemade... More
This place was discovered by accident because Riff Raff brewing company was closed for couple of days due to minor renovation. We were not disappointed! Their fish and barbacoa tacos were awesome! I would highly recommend it because of their food and fun/quirky atmosphere!
My husband & I came here years ago & have since been saying "remember that place in Pagosa with the great patio, BLUE MOONS & delicious food...?" We were so excited to finally come back & have an even better experience than we remembered. The patio IS great! The tacos are lined with stuffed NM green chilies plus your other... More
We just happened to walk into this place. First it is very small, seating only available at bar, less than a dozen tables. Food was fantastic a mixture of American and Mexican, I had a green chili cheese burger it was the best I've ever had. My husband had tacos plus finished my dish he said it was the best... More
I've lived in Pagosa for over 5 years now and Kip's is still my favorite taco place. However, I must admit that I've never tried anything but the Esteban's. Just love those little rascals. On occasion they'll even have some good blues playing outside on the patio. If your new or just visiting Pagosa, Kip's is a must stop.
atmosphere was friendly, but we went for dinner and this felt more like a bar/ lunch place. The chips and salsa were good and the drinks were cold. Nice stop before finding a place for dinner
