Came to Coyote Grille with friends for a birthday celebration. Food was amazing, staff was accommodating, and atmosphere was beautiful. We will return. Chicken Fried steak was awesome. Huckleberry margaritas were really good!

Wonderful chat with the owner. Veronica Salas is a delight. Food was great. Shame on the negative reviews.

After riding my bike on the River Trail I stopped here for a beer and a burger. I was pleasantly surprised at the really nice selection of beers they had. The burger was really tasty as well. And the fries were really good so I was surprised as well. The staff were friendly and the price a little bit high... More

The people who work there are nice. The food was not very good and served cold and greasy. They are extremely short staffed and for the prices they charge it would seem that they could have at least 2 servers and 2 cooks. I suppose if you were the only customer, it would be ok. The lady in the back... More

I remember when this restaurant was considered a high-end place to eat in Pueblo. It's gone WAY downhill. We decided to stop in after a graduation ceremony in mid-afternoon. There were three or four other tables with patrons but the woman running the restaurant (owner? manager?) was completely overwhelmed. We waited for 15 minutes in the lobby area mostly unacknowledged... More

We come to this restaurant not for the food, as it is normally terrible, but for the location. Mother's Day was no exception. I knew it was going to be an exceptionally poor meal when I called for reservations, which they gave me, but then asked what was in the buffet and the cost. I was told "we're too busy... More

We were looking forward to a day out with friends and lunch by the river, because this place was recommended as one of the "hidden gems" in Colorado we gave it a try. What a huge mistake!! 2 out of 4 of the orders were incorrect (a chicken sandwich rather than a turkey patty melt and a mixed meat chicken... More

We didn't believe, BUT!!! It is pretty on the river...my review should stop here. Should have taken the clue when AFTER we ordered, the waitress said the food wasn't very good, understated. Asked her if the cook knew how to make french fries and she actually said no, it was the preservatives. They tasted as if he put themj in... More

Food was just OK, lines are buffet (Easter Sunday) were long, dessert took forever to appear, you had to purchase a park pass to eat there ........& then get the $$ refunded to your bill.
