Panny's place gets five stars for their calzones which they call panwitches. we had the meatball one we split it and it was plenty and it was excellent and it comes with a side of chilled sauce. The slice of pepperoni pizza was also excellent - we love their crust. Free refills on the sodas are wonderful. The only downside... More

I'm not gonna say this is ground zero, New York pizza but it is pretty, damn great stuff at a reasonable price. The pies are really good. That's it. After you've been to True Grit...go here. Everyone goes there bc it's a tourist joint (but good). Go to Panni's b/c it's good too.

We split one of their "panwiches", which were huge. and it was plenty enough for dinner. The only complaint was that the crust was slightly burned which affected the taste. Good prices and friendly employees.

Fresh ingredients & perfectly baked pizza & a 17" with slices to box for home. The sauce was some of the best I've ever eaten & no slighting om the cheese & toppings. Counter ordering & brought to your table with a smile.

New owners this week. Same great pizza. If you want gluten free there are two sizes now. I had a regular medium pepperoni and anchovy. So good. There is a covered patio in the back looking at mountains and a sun deck in the front with several tables. There is also a dining room inside.

We didn't eat here, we had our pizza at our favorite place Colorado Boy Pizza in town. This family style-touristy place didn't suit us. But since it was across the street from our motel, we stopped because of the ice cream. OMG a single dish was monstrous. Don't know if it is their policy or the whim of that certain... More

Had ridden through Ridgeway the day before, but not noticed it since it's a block off the highway through town. We asked for a good place for breakfast the night before in Ouray and Penny's was recommended. The breakfast menu was a bit limited, but the items were well prepared and highly edible. There was a bit of a wait... More

I've tried the pizza at every restaurant in Ouray and Ridgway and I can tell you this is the best. Hearty, filling, and loaded with toppings, Panny's is the ultimate craving quencher. I also like the Panwich. At first I thought it was just a calzone. But a Panwich so much more than a calzone.
