It's hard to find good mexican food in Summit County, but I highly recommend Fiesta Jalisco. When we have that craving for mexican, this is our go-to. Service is always great, prices are good and portions are good. Food is not overly spicy, so if you're looking for more of a "kick", be prepared to use the salsa (which is... More

I've eaten here twice in the last couple of years and both times the food was very good. I think I had the same thing both times--the Friday special, which was the Chili Verde.

Way overpriced and very bland! Probably the worst Mexican food I've had in Colorado. No green Chile here either. Only 2 things were good here. The water and the service. Other than that.....yuck!!

The absolute worst food twice!!! Do not go here. Save your money because Taco Bell is WAY better and I have never been to a Taco Bell. If you like bland canned chicken and grey refried beans you should go here. So disappointing 4 orders of tacos, two each and two Margaritas $100. I have no problem spending that kind... More

You get a sense that this place could do so much better but they just keep falling short and being average. For example, their menu must have 200 items on it and they all sound great. When you get the order, a combo platter is served on a plate almost the size of a Volkswagen tire. Wow, you think. This... More

The food here is always tasty and comes fast and hot. Very authentic Mexican flavors with a lot of choices.

My wife is from Mexico and we have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the Silverthorne area. We ordered the tacos pastor, tacos de carnitas. We will try the Pollo con mole and pozole on our next visit. The music was great and I shazamed several songs.

Authentic dishes! 6 kinds of street tacos. I suggest Tacos al Pastor👏 But they also have Lingua, Tripe, and Steak. The salsa was good and the beer was cold. Our server was polite fast and always checking up on us. We will be back in winter after ski/board trip.

The margaritas are terrible! Food isn't my favorite style of Mexican, but it is not bad. Be prepared for heart burn or an upset stomach. Good hangover food, I suppose.

The food is good and large portions. Salsa is tasty, but chips aren't great. Staff is friendly and place is clean. Cheese enchiladas are big!
