We are regulars at Fiesta Jalisco. Being from Texas, we have a definite opinion of what constitutes good Mexican food. Fiesta Jalisco meets that high standard. Staff is friendly and prices are moderate.

The food was quite good, lots on the menu, but pricey for Mexican food. You have to consider it's a resort town.

You can't really expect much from a Mexican restaurant in a strip mall ...in a ski city ...but it wasn't too bad. Family friendly, nice staff, decent food. I eat here with the family almost every time we come through town

Ate here late one evening after skiing. Service wasn't bad, but meal delivery was a bit slow. Very generous portion sizes which hit the spot for 3 very hungry guys. As for food quality & taste, I have to rate it B+. Not sure we'll eat here the next time we're in Summit County, but really not too bad a... More

Don't be fooled by this place on the outside,it is located in a strip mall, but the food is incredible and authentic, huge portions, the service is impeccable. From the margs to wonderful tasty Mexican dishes. You can't go wrong. Really the best

My wife and I just ate at Fiesta Jalisco. We ordered beef tacos and beef enchiladas. The beef seemed to come out of a can, very finely ground and in some sort of sauce. Didn't seem home cooked. Almost like a paste. Disappointing. But the service was great and the place was warm (very cold outside), so those are plusses.

Family on ski holiday and decided on Mexican food for dinner. After checking out one of the more common Mexican food chains in the town (not really the best place for a family meal) we decided to try Fiesta Jalisco. Had read the less than favourable reviews but after having eaten there would disagree with them. We are family of... More

Not the greatest, but pretty good. I like their margaritas. Always fast, friendly service. Like some others, I don't understand the bad reviews.

Don't understand the negative review as that certainly was not my experience. Perhaps the reviewer was confused about where they ate. There's a wide variety of choices, including green chile items. The house maragrita was OK, our second was stronger than the first. I had the three taco plate with rice and beans. It was freshly prepared, hot and tasty.... More

It's hard to find good mexican food in Summit County, but I highly recommend Fiesta Jalisco. When we have that craving for mexican, this is our go-to. Service is always great, prices are good and portions are good. Food is not overly spicy, so if you're looking for more of a "kick", be prepared to use the salsa (which is... More
