Mid mountain treat! Good food and friendly staff. A special treat was a short Sunday morning church service there on the mountain at Gwyn's!

This is probably the best place to stop at mid mountain for drinks and lunch. I just don't know why after all the great mountain stops in Europe , the Americans don't follow how they serve food properly. It's all poorly made food. Cheap plastic bowls. No attention to detail on anything. Burger or some soup. Cheap tasteless salads. Etc... More

We live in Snowmass, so we are constantly on the mountain in the winter, either skiing, hiking or skinning up. The last few weeks we haven't had much snow, and the temperatures have been almost spring-like, so they are perfect for skinning up to Gwyn's for lunch and skiing home. We love the new renovation! With bathrooms on the main... More

To say the new Gwyn's is stunning is a bit of an understatement. It's hard to believe this remodel happened over the summer. The building is beautiful and with restrooms on the first floor, everything that needed to be achieved was. The service and the food is still the best on any ski area I've ever visited and it was... Gwyn's High Alpine on Snowmass Mountain was remodeled this year and I am happy to report the food, excellent service and over-the-top friendly staff are still exceptional. Chef Peter and Gwyn create wonderful specials that will appeal to any hard to please palate (the tuna tostado and any fish dish are my personal favorites). While the newly remodeled building is... Gwyn's has been our favorite spot for lunch and breakfast on the mt for ages. We have skiied Snowmass since it opened in 1967 and recently had four generations skiing at the same time - from our young grandsons to my dad Harry at age 88. The remodel leaves it bright with super views and the menu offers a wide... More

Well where to start - Our family group had a fantastic time dinning out for breakfast at Gwyn's, white table cloths and fine china. The food and service were superb, best breakfast I have ever had in all my travels and time spent in the USA.

Lovely on the mountain stop. Food is very good. The bar scene is fun. The outdoor patio plays great music. Make sure to stop here.

We've been eating at Gwyn's for over 30 years and lately, we've decided to bypass the place in favor for better food and more reasonable prices elsewhere. The new place is great, with bathrooms on the first floor (finally!). Yet, it was disappointing to see the same old menu with little updates and the same mediocre quality. Can't figure out... More

Lunch at Gwyn's was fantastic. The chicken southwestern wrap was as good as anything I have had "mid-mountian" while skiing. Expensive, but great food and good location. Wish there were a tow rope back up to Alpine Springs Lift. Great outdoor seating on warm spring ski days.

Thank John A
