Great Sandwiches, and soups. Fast service. Easy ski in out. Portions huge. What could be better ? Any sandwich is really good, but try the Reuben.....

We asked our ski instructor for a lunch recommendation and he suggested Paramount, both for the good food and convenient location. We gave it a try and were surprised to the upside. Our sandwiches were served on delicious fresh bread, and were well seasoned with generous portions. We loved the French fries, and the corn bread is delicious. The staff... More

Owner lets her dog walk around kitchen area& lets it lick around the floors and cupboards. Then, while my fiancé and I were eating she tied her dog "Simba" to the table right behind us where he proceeded to beg& bark throughout our entire meal. Food is good but way over priced& the owner acts as though she has terrible... More

My wife and I went to lunch twice on our ski trip to Steamboat. The selection is not the largest, but the quality and portions are great. We sat outdoors both times and enjoyed not being with the beer crowds next door.

This is a mountain base location for easy ski-in/out access. They have a great selection of sandwiches that are worth the wait to order! You stand in line to order, pay and receive a numbered "bucket" to take to either indoor or outdoor seating, you order is delivered to you. They have a fine selection of beers and make a... More

On a sunny afternoon when u need a break from the slopes, call into Paramount, just off the slope in Steamboat ski village. Great hearty soup and huge sandwiches. One of the few places we've found that have a proper coffee machine rather than drip coffee.... good cappuccino.. mountain casual of course, but fun place
