We have stopped in a couple times after 9pm and the service and food have been excellent. Great late night appetizers/happy hour and surprisingly they had no problem cooking an awesome fillet that late. Great vegetarian selections as well.

We stopped for happy hour (4 – 5:30 M- F) at the Mahogany Ridge Brewery and Grill at 435 Lincoln Ave. We had excellent service from Virginia. During Happy Hour the beer is $3/ pt and $1/ for very small appetizers. The beer was decent. The appetizers were delicious and small, but what do you expect for a dollar?

Stopped in for a late afternoon snack and to sample their beer and was very satisfied. The beer was very good and the Pretzel was a large and very good. Staff was nice and friendly.

Get there early at 4 pm if you want a seat. Crazy low happy hour prices and dollar tapas keeps this place hopping. Try their own micro brews or half priced wine. Locals know this secret, now you do too!

After a long day of travelling and sightseeing we dropped at Mahogany Ridge for dinner early on a Saturday night. We had Caribbean Chicken Wings, a Mixed Green Salad, and Emerald Burger (wow!) and a Mountain Burger. Good food and generous portions. From the tap we tried the Dave's Downtown Brown, the Spring Creek Stout, the Life O'Riley Pale Ale... More

We did a brief tour of three of Steamboat's four breweries (here, Storm Peak, Butcherknife, missed Mountain Tap). I'd return to Butcherknife and Storm Peak, but Mahogany was disappointing... operated more as a restaurant than a brew-pub. If you want a brew-pub, go to the others.

This place is simply awesome! The happy hour is only from 4-5:30pm but it's the best one in downtown. All drinks are half price and they have little bites that are 2 for $1 (the best were the ghost chili wings)!!! The carne asada tacos were $1 each and they were delish! The service was amazing and the bartenders were... More

Places that offer decent happy hours seem to be dwindling. Mahogany's was a suprise with their half off drinks and dollar apps. We had dinner as well which was reasonably priced and very good. Creative menu, good drinks, good service.

I went there twice on a recommendation and had the ceviche both times, which I found very tasty, hearty and inexpensive. It was earlier in the evening, it did get a bit crowded for dinner and drinks but not uncomfortably busy or noisy. Atmosphere is cozy with friendly but discrete staff, very peaceful for an early dinner, even in December.... More
