Sterling is a small town so it can be difficult to find good food. Santiago's is not much to look at--basically it is a hole in the wall, but the service was good and our food was good. We ordered a la carte 2 cheese enchiladas, a chili relleno, and a beef tamale. They were all tasty! Prices were very... More

Sterling is not a big town, and there are not a lot of options, so this is a great little local place. Food is good, quac is ok, but add their hot sauce and you have a meal. Just get the steak burrito, everything inside, beans, lettuce, etc, sauce, sour cream on top and you got a great choice. Enjoy!

Ate here passing through Sterling. We ordered steak fajitas and tacos al carbone. Steak was very good. Fixins were fresh. Small place, but food was authentic. Sauce was HOT!

OK, it's inexpensive, but food is totally tasteless. How can you ruin guacamole? Small servings, flavorless food, no bar. Maybe Santiago's is better in other cities, or maybe Saturday is an off night.

When my husband & I were checking out the local restaurants, we were delighted to see they had a Santiago's! We've enjoyed Santiago's several times when visiting family closer to Denver. Their stuffed sopapilla with carnitas & beans is to die for! They allow you to adjust the heat of the delicious green chili they smother it with, ranging from... More

We were told about this place by a local. We ordered homemade Chili Relleno. They were really good and hot (temp, sizzling to our table. Wait-staff was quick and really nice. Atmosphere leaves little to be desired. In the basement of a church, cramped and no frills. Huge beer selection, very impressive. Margarita's were fair, but served fast. I will... More

No idea that Santiago's was outside of Denver. Noticed it when finding my hotel for the evening before. Dropped by on my way out of town for one of their breakfast burritos. Great as always.

The breakfast burrito's are to die for. The lunches and dinners are also great. For some reason this Santiago's makes the best food in Colorado

We don't go to Sterling very often, but when we do Santiago's is the #1 choice to eat. They have authentic Mexican food, many choices on the menu, and everything is delectable. There are mild, medium, and hot salsas so you can get it as spicy as you like. My favorite is the barbacoa tacos, but everything is good. The... More

I've never had a bad meal here! Friendly and fast service is also a welcome. I only wish their place was bigger. Tight quarters make a nice quite meal hard.
