Times are hard for businesses like this so we thought we would support them. They were essentially deserted at the time of our visit. What a mistake they have employees who learnt their customer service skills at a Siberian prison camp. We purchased, we paid,...we sat outside and complied with all signage only to receive a tirade from a staff member for not complying with a rule that was not posted then harangued about a loose dog that did not belong to us. They deserve to go out of business take your money elsewhere is our advice.More

Very slow service, felt ignored throughout. Waited 10 minutes for a refill on iced tea. Cooks were not wearing masks. Ordered avocado toast with eggs "soft". It arrived with eggs so hard my fork stood up in them. Avocado was rock hard and tomatoes had...no taste. Normally, their food is decent. Today, it was lousy and with service to match, it will be a tough sell to go back.More

Friendly staff and GREAT coffee! We also had sandwiches that were good, nothing special but tasty. Great music and cozy spot!

Loaded Joe's has moved from its long-time downstairs near the end of the covered bridge to the former Starbuck's location across from the stairs at the transportation station. A big upgrade from Starbucks. Can't ski this season (knee surgery) so my routine was drop of...wive and daughter, park and hang out at Loaded Joe's enjoying a capuccino and using their wifi to check email and read the morning news until I had to leave to avoid parking fees. No hassle about renting table for the price of a capuccion. Only had capuccinos so can't comment on anything else. Great espresso to milk ratio so no need for a double to get coffee flavor (unlike their predecessor in the space). Timing must have been good because my waits were always short. Cheerful staff, warm greetings. Good presentation.More

Starbucks is gone and Loaded Joes moved into their space Waited 10 minutes for a cappuccino Coffee good but need to up their game in preparing orders more promptly

All new location (now on the parking garage side of the bridge), nice, sleek, modern and comfortable space. Breakfast burrito was excellent Variety of coffee offered. Great job !

Great coffee and community scene here. Stop in and grab a Joe and stay awhile. That’s what we do! I get espresso and like it. Better espresso here than at most venues. She gets a Spanish coffee or a chai. Both are solid.
